Getting in my own way of abundance

Getting in my own way of abundance

I realised I get in my own way of abundance.

More specifically, my mind is getting in my own way of abundance.

Our minds are trained to see the wealth and the creation of wealth as a give and take action.

“I will do this work for you and in exchange you give me something.”

The statement, “The more I do the wealthier I become” is FALSE.

Wealth can be measured in many different ways.

Look at the most wealthy people on earth. How did they become so wealthy?

Simple:

They continued to do what they absolutely loved doing and kept doing that. When they continued to do what they loved doing this automatically added huge amounts of value to many people. They never take any action expecting payback of any kind, they simply love what they are doing.

Please note I am not talking about rich people that cheated others out of their money. People that steal always end up losing in some way or another in the end.

There is an ocean of wealth available to all. This wealth includes money and health. Everybody have equel access to this ocean of wealth. The problem starts where we believe we need to actually exchange something for something to get access to this wealth. The only thing we need to “do” is take action, move forward in life.

Moving forward means that you do more of what you love doing a little bit every day. Do not worry about anything else. Just take little actions every day which moves you toward loving your work more and more. Or small actions that is good for your health every day.

Let’s assume you do that. You are now doing more and more work that you love. You are taking more and more actions that is good for your body. You are becoming happier and happier every day when you work and live.

What do I do next?

I have to stop allowing my mind to get in the way. The mind is only a tool, a wonderful tool, but I cannot allow my mind to rule me, my mind is not me, my mind a tool to experience life. I am the ruler of my mind, not the other way around.

Let’s assume I took control of my mind.

My mind is not a gatekeeper anymore. It is now the tool it was meant to be.

I imagine myself standing next to this ocean of wealth, this ocean includes wealth in all walks of life.

  • Health
  • Money
  • Happiness
  • Relationships

Look to your left and your right. There’s millions of people standing next to you on the shore of this sea of abundance. They are all dipping into this sea of wealth. What am I using to dip into this sea of wealth? Am I using a spoon, a cup, a bucket? What I should be doing is connecting a pipeline with a massive pump to this sea of wealth!

Nothing I can do, or not do, can make this sea of wealth go away from me!

Only two actions

There are only two actions:

Accept that this sea of wealth is there for me to take from.

Keep the pump oiled by doing productive work I love. If I want health, then I simply take actions that I know is good for my health. If I want positive relationships then I engage with other people, I reach out. I surround myself by that which I want for myself.

Accept that The Universe can only say “yes”.

The Universe is the great multiplier, it can only multiply what the actions I take and the thoughts I think.

If I say, “I am healthy and I feel good” the Universe responds with “Yes” and multiplies my thoughts.

If I take action and change the work I do to include more and more of what I love, The Universe goes “Yes” and multiplies that.

The same goes for the negative thoughts, The Universe goes “Yes” and multiplies that.

How long will it take for my dreams to come true?

by The Universe on June 9, 2011

How long do you try? Until.

That’s it. If you really understand those six words above, you don’t need much else.

One of the most common patterns I see in my mentoring clients is this belief that if their dreams or goals don’t materialize after trying a few times, it’s never going to happen. That is a ridiculous thought if you think about it…

Tony Robbins always uses the example of walking. If we just gave up trying to walk after the first few attempts, almost none of us would be walkers.

And our parents don’t give up on us after a few times of trying to walk either. They know it’s possible, so they keep trying to help us – and for how long? UNTIL.

That’s right. We keep trying to walk UNTIL we walk.

The same HABIT is true for creating a life of your dreams and living at your Highest Potential. See living your greatest life the same way you saw walking.

Try. Until.

The major difference between walking and dreams is that we all basically know walking is possible.

But not everyone knows that dreams are possible.

Many people believe that dreams and the good life are reserved for special people or people “not like them”. Dreams begin with belief, and if we don’t even have that first thing needed to make our dreams come true, then they never will.

Listening to a Ted talk just now…”If you believe that you are beautiful inside and out, you are.” And another one…”People that involved in more social stuff are more likely to be happy than someone that’s not.” Interesting thought, being involved makes one happier. A kind mind, a kind body, a peaceful life

The Peaceful Life

February 28, 2011

I have pondered this beautiful life thing for a very long time. What does it mean to live a beautiful life? It does not mean to live an easy life, and it sure as hell does not mean living a life where things are happy and lollipop like most of the time. I think a [...]
